Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Currently we are providing free shipping means the customers do not have to pay any extra money for buying an product from our store.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you have checked out your order, you should receive an e-mail  confirming your payment, followed by an e-mail from us acknowledging your order.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within a couple of working days. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order, along with an accompanying invoice.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You should have received an invoice in the order confirmation email that we sent you right after your payment was processed.  You’ll find it near the bottom of the email in the “Your Purchase Documents” section. If you didn’t receive an email, it may have been filtered to your junk or spam folder if you have one, so we recommend that you check there.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

In any case if you received an damaged or wrong product or if you want to return the product simply you can return it from your my account page if the return policy is available on that product.

What is wishlist?

A wish list, wishlist or want list is an itemization of goods or services that a person or organization desires.

The author may distribute copies of their list to family, friends, and other stakeholders who are likely to purchase gifts for the would-be recipient, or to offer some of the listed items for sale.

How long will delivery take?

All about Delivery timing and date is already written in the product page just enter your pin code. So you can check it out there and we are trying to provide fast delivery as much as possible.

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?

Once you have checked out your order, you should receive an e-mail from shopper valley confirming your payment, followed by an e-mail from us acknowledging your order and the money is insignificant from your bank.

What is “package tracking“ in my orders?

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Can I change or cancel my order?

All orders placed on the Shopper Valley can be cancelled only if it has not been processed yet.

How to cancel an order?

After placing the order, if you wish to cancel it, go to My Account > Orders.
Under the order actions tab, there are option of Cancel, Exchange, refund Orders.
Once you click on that a confirmation pop up will come up and you can add your reason of order cancel, Exchange, refund and then click submit.
After confirming confirming, we will take accessory actions.
